·         Loadcell which is a part of weighbridges observe the downward force applied by the trucks.

·         It mainly converts mechanical force into electrical signal which help to read proportional weight carried by the vehicles.

·         Junction box attached to weighbridge that collect each and every signal coming from the loadcells, combined them and send to the indicators.

·         After this, digital indicators convert the signals and provide the accurate gross weight of vehicles in real time.

·         Next steps come to data logging where software records data, generates weight slips and coincide with inventory management system.
